Next Era Training Group Pty Ltd is a training company, specializing exclusively in Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for trade qualifications. We focus on assessing and certifying the real skills of experienced tradespeople—starting with four core Certificate III qualifications in Carpentry, Concreting, Painting and Decorating, and Wall and Floor Tiling.
Our model is built around one purpose: making the RPL process efficient, compliant, and easy to navigate. We provide a streamlined assessment approach using structured, RPL-prepared forms that guide students through the evidence submission process with clarity and confidence.
Our system is designed to be student-friendly, while strictly maintaining compliance with all national training and assessment standards.
We don’t offer generic short courses or classroom-based delivery.
Our commitment is solely to RPL—and we do it with depth, industry knowledge, and integrity, using the RPL Assess platform for evidence collection.
All assessments are conducted by qualified and experienced assessors who understand both the trade and the ever-evolving licensing regulations across every state and territory in Australia. We partner with Halo National Training (RTO: 32485) to deliver quality assessment outcomes.
We go beyond issuing certificates, as our team offers post-assessment support to help students with their licensing applications and ensure they’re positioned for success in their trade careers or business operations.
