Next Era Training — RPL made easy, compliant, and built around you.

“I’ve been working as a carpenter for years but never had the piece of paper. Going through RPL with these guys was honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. They made it easy to show what I know, didn’t waste my time, and now I’ve got my Certificate III sorted. Feels good to be officially recognised for the work I’ve been doing all along.”
M. Jacobson
Ballina, New South Wales
“I’ve been tiling since I was a teenager, but never had the qualification. The RPL process was straightforward and respectful of my experience. The team helped me pull together the right evidence without the usual runaround. Now I’ve got my Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling, and I’m finally licensed. Really appreciate the support they gave me.”
Marcus J.
Shailer Park, Queensland
“I never did an apprenticeship, just picked everything up working full-time with experienced painters. I wasn’t sure if I could even get qualified. The RPL process made it possible—no classroom, just proving what I already knew on the job. The support was unreal, and now I’ve got my Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. What made it even better was that they helped me with my QBCC trade licence application free of charge. That kind of support is hard to find.”
Ethan Jones
Carindale, Queensland
